The ABB FBTi‑6T1‑1U1R controller together with the ABB FA‑THC‑D sensor gives you an integrated zone control solution for HVAC. The FBTi-6T1-1U1R is a BACnet/IP-enabled, freely programmable terminal unit controller (9-point) designed for fan coil units, chilled ceilings and unit ventilators, featuring 6 UniPuts™ with triac outputs, 1 UniPut™ without triac, a relay output, and dedicated sensor bus for smart sensors. The FA-THC-D is a smart room sensor providing temperature and relative humidity measurement plus a display interface, designed to interface seamlessly with controllers in the same system. Together, the bundle enables digitalised feedback from the space (via the FA-THC-D) and allows the controller to modulate equipment based on actual environmental conditions — improving comfort, indoor air quality and energy efficiency.
