Solution

A smart IoT system that continuously tracks environmental conditions inside tea roasting machines, helping prevent overheating and ensuring uniform drying for premium tea quality.

Deployment

Sensors are installed at different positions within the tea roasting machine to monitor temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels in real time. The data is collected through a UC500 controller and transmitted via the UG65 LoRaWAN® gateway to the Milesight IoT Cloud, where operators can monitor conditions, set alarms, and optimise processing parameters for superior tea quality.
