The Milesight  VS360 is a people counting sensor utilizing IR breakbeam technology.

Featuring two devices, it operates by detecting when the target interrupts the infrared beam, allowing for accurate counting that remains unaffected by ambient temperature or the colour of clothing, showcasing its strong adaptability. By adjusting the current of the node device, power consumption is minimized, extending battery life. As a Milesight D2D controller, the VS360 effortlessly communicates with other Milesight D2D agent devices, creating additional connection opportunities and enabling smoother operations. With its easy configuration and wireless detection capabilities, the VS360 simplifies deployment and connectivity. Compatible with the Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and Milesight Development Platform, users can monitor foot traffic and trigger other sensors effectively.

Infrared break beam technology operates on the principle of detecting interruptions in an invisible line between a transmitter and a receiver, allowing for precise foot traffic counting.

High Measurement Accuracy

The VS360 provides exceptional precision in foot traffic counting, achieving up to 99% accuracy for single-person detection and approximately 85% accuracy when multiple individuals are present. * Accuracy may be affected when walking side by side.
